User Information
All user information collected through every Products developed by MINAS Technologies is strictly confidential and is being shared with prior permission received from the users, only with trusted and disclosed real estate agents assigned to each specific Product. An explicit warning message "By submitting your info you consent to receive communication" is displayed or a checkbox available with "I consent to receive communication" on any form where the users need to input their contact information at their discretion. The information about the company/brokerage and the agents attached to each tool is available for users to check anytime needed.

Unsubscribe
All Products powered by MINAS Technologies have a robust unsubscribe feature with an unsubscribe link available in all communication emails. After the users click that link, their information is being unsubscribed from all systems, and a notification to unsubscribe is being sent to the real estate agent associated with user records who are responsible for removing the user information immediately from all their systems.
User Accounts
When you create an account within any of our "Products", you agree to the following:
You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account; and
All personal information you provide to us through your account is up to date, accurate, and truthful and that you will update your personal information if it changes.
Cookies and Meta Data
Our Products may also collect Cookies and other digital meta data associated with you online activities when using our Products. We do not carry any liability of retaining such information in our systems as a part of the functionality making the use of our Products possible.
