Products and Services
Our Products are intended to provide only electronic home evaluation estimates with no guarantee of a sale or instant exact price matching.
The final home evaluation can be delivered by a licensed real estate agent only, in person or remotely.
Our Products provide information to their users collected through a variety of data feeds and APIs connected to open-source real estate databases throughout Canada and the United States of America, wherever available.
MINAS Technologies is not liable for the accuracy of any estimate produced by any of sources deployed or attached to our Products and delivered to end users.
Subscriptions
Any subscription offered within our Products is voluntary, with an explicit feature to cancel any time. All funds collected through subscriptions are recorded as corporate income with all applicable taxes.
Intellectual Property
All content published and made available on our Products is the property of MINAS Technologies. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.
Age Restrictions
We do not have any age limitations for using our Products, since they do not contain any harm or disturbance for minors. However, our Products will never be used or promoted as made for kids.
Accounts
When you create an account within our the Products, you agree to the following:
You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account; and
